The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the bill as follows:

On page 2, subsection c, section 13, line 20, by striking the word “lapse” and inserting the word “revert” in lieu thereof; and

On page 2, subsection c, section 13, line 21, by inserting the word “fund” after the word “revenue”.
